Back in DC, again…
So from Sun Valley, we flew to London. Hopefully we are just staying in D.C. for a couple of days and then going to Ecuador soon. Or someplace warm.
I recovered from the worst of my sickness in Sun Valley and managed to actually snowboard on my last day, although it really beat me up. Especially since Heinrich took me through the trees. It was a lot of fun, I was just lacking in strength. Then I would like to have more practice snowboarding in powder.
London was fun. The weather was crap, but that is to be expected in January.
I was basically sightseeing all day while Susi was doing her work experience. I still felt like rubbish thanks to the dengue fever. I am finally starting to feel better right in time to go back to the tropics (and catch a new bug).
I would like to find a job, but I don’t really want to live in the D.C. area.
Either San Diego, or overseas.
So, basically just waiting to hear work from my friend in Ecuador, and then out of here again. I started adding up my points for the New Zealand immigration (you need 100 to get a work permit) but I am lacking a whole bunch of points since my work experience is in computers but my degree is in English. I am open for suggestions about a more creative way to do this.
