The surf is huge and scary and great.
After having been on the road for 3 days and then having had no Internet access I arrived here and the surf is incredible. The food is delicious and everyone is super cool.
Today was 10 foot, barrels with 4 people out.
There are a lot of people posing on the beach but nobody in the water.

I am 100% undergunned on a 6ยด2″. I need a bigger board.

Chris and I made it here, German boy pulled out of the trip in Guatemala City in order to back to Germany.
Shame!

However, we got here, met up with Phil and are staying in a 100 peso a night room - per person.
I need better internet, and a bigger board but aside from that, everything is good.
No McDonalds, no 7-11, no KFC.
It is nice here.

Here is a picture from a smaller day:

Onwards, again.

I am leaving Costa Rica, after being here for about a two weeks and Panama for a few days.
The surf hasn’t been anything to write home about, and Bocas Del Toro was FLAT.
But now Chris “Anybody have change for a hundred dollar bill?” and Marcel “Ja, ja” the C3PO-ish German Boy and I are all going to Puerto Escondito, Oaxaca, Mexico.
A total of three days on a busses through Central America from San Jose, Costa Rica.
Not looking forward to the bus trip, but am looking forward to surfing Puerto.
I hear it is bombing.
Got a lot work done, I am healthy, etc.

German boy made me write this when he walked by and saw what I wrote about him:
Ich bin ein affe mit rottem arsch.

A word I invented.
“Gringoons” the Sports Book guys that invaded Costa Rica.

We shot footage for a short film in Jaco, but haven’t edited it.
Paramount is looking to buy it and Survivor is calling to create a series.
It is about foreigners in Central America.
It is called “Natural Disasters”.
It should be on TV about the same timeslot as the George Foreman grill.
Or maybe not.
