		<description>Yeah, that is a bit strange.  I have seen women wearing them in South America, but I guess, when put together with their colorful traditional dress, you don't really notice their rather drab hats.</description>

I've lived here more than two decades, and I can't remember ever seeing anyone wearing a bowler hat as part of normal dress. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The snippet that "it is also worn by women in Bolivia" was kinda bizarre, particularly presented as a blunt statement with no explanation. I wonder if they came up with the design before Thomas Coke's hatter, or perhaps some English guy from the 20s started the tradition on a visit?</description>
