Anybody keeping that nutjob Palin as far away from the seat of power as possible is good news in my book. I’d have preferred Hillary, but meh, that ship sailed a while ago.

I just had the strangest thing happen to me yesterday.
I was walking down an alley in Florianopolois and some Brazilians who were drinking beer on the street stopped me and asked if I was American.
When I told them yes, they asked me “Did you vote for Obama?”
When I answered, they offered me a beer!
Can you imagine that happening with Bush in office?
